Global market leaders HAVER & BOECKER and WINDMÖLLER & HÖLSCHER plan to bundle their strengths by founding a new joint company in the segment of filling and palletizing. The joint company will specialize in the development and production as well as the sales and service of FFS packing plants for freeflowing, loose products until they are packed on finished pallets. Both companies will hold a 50% share in the new company. The two family-owned companies each signed a letter of intent last March.
Renowned for many years, HAVER & BOECKER and WINDMÖLLER & HÖLSCHER have both been active in the filling and palletizing market segment. With the joint agreement the two partners will bundle their strong portfolios with the aim of mutually offering their customers globally an even more comprehensive product range along with great powers of innovation. Customers in this segment will also benefit from the new company’s sales and
service network and the expansion of intense customer support.

The first organizational steps for founding the new company have been implemented. The necessary approval from the German antitrust authorities has been obtained. HAVER & BOECKER and WINDMÖLLER & HÖLSCHER will provide further information on the details of the new joint company at the ACHEMA trade fair in Frankfurt in June.
